Job summary

AMCROTECH PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an ACMV project supervisor with solid knowledge in ACMV systems and hands-on site experience. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with architects and clients, and ensure drawings and as-built updates are accurately reflected.

Strong teamwork and proactive problem solving are essential. Responsibilities include progress monitoring, reports and commissioning, and liaison with suppliers to handle materials and variations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation of projects according to plan.

• Complete reports, testing and commissioning of works.
• Attend Architect/Client meetings and coordinate design revisions for practical air-conditioning systems.
• Monitor project progress per approved schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers on equipment, materials and Variation Orders.
• Prepare and submit project and safety documents to the Main Contractor.
• Use AutoCAD to revise and update drawings according to site conditions and as-built requirements.
• Coordinate with M&E team to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.

• Co-ordinate to carry out all works assigned with the respective parties involved;
• Responsible for completion of reports & testing & commissioning of the works;
• Attend Architect/Client meetings and coordinate design revisions to ensure practical and properly coordinated air-conditioning systems;
• Monitor project progress according to the approved schedule and ensure timely completion and closure;
• Coordinate with relevant suppliers on equipment, materials and Variation Orders;
• Prepare and submit the required project & safety documents to the Main Contractor;
• Use AutoCAD to revise and update drawings according to site conditions and as-built requirements;
• Coordinate with the M&E team and relevant parties to resolve site issues, drawing on discrepancies and technical matters.

Job Requirements

• Possess the necessary knowledge in ACMV to carry out the works dutifully
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling projects in the ACMV field
• Able to read ACMV drawings
• At least a Nitec/Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Possess a positive work attitude
• Able to take initiative
• Possess good interpersonal skills
