Job summary

Elitez & Associates in Singapore is seeking an experienced HVAC/ACMV project coordinator to manage projects from inception to handover. You will supervise installation works, including ducting, piping, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems, and ensure timely progress and compliance.

You will review drawings and technical documents, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, and prepare progress reports while maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• HVAC/ACMV construction and project coordination.
• Able to read M&E/HVAC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HVAC/ACMV construction projects from start to completion.
