Nexus Management Services is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to oversee and coordinate operations, schedules and resources at our Singapore site. The role emphasizes supervision, efficiency improvements and ensuring smooth daily logistics workflows.

We value physical fitness, attention to safety, and the ability to train staff. The position runs a 6.6 day work week with on-site duties and company polo uniforms. Benefits include CPF, meals, and training subsidies.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene; candidates without certificate must be prepared to take course.
• Physically fit.
• Dress code: polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).

Responsabilités

• Support / supervise / monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements; problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies.
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement.
• Recruitment / selection / staff training.
• Other duties as per instructed.

• Other duties as per instructed

• Physically fit.

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
