Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Business Analyst to support and improve warehouse and logistics systems at our Singapore site.

You will collaborate with Operations and IT to understand business needs, enhance processes, implement system changes and support WMS and related applications. You will gather requirements, assist with configurations, testing, user training and post-implementation activities, while contributing to upgrades, data reporting and process

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in WMS, application support, system implementation or logistics operations.
• Understanding of warehouse and contract logistics operations; familiarity with WMS configurations is a plus.
• Experience with WMS implementation, configuration or support; knowledge of EDI/API is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, user training and post-implementation activities.
• Support WMS upgrades, migration and system enhancement projects.
• Configure and support WMS applications, including EDI/API integration.
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Work with Operations, IT and business users to improve warehouse processes and system performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards and simple automation to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Review workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support system documentation, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
