Job summary

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist for APAC to own regional supply chain operations outside China, drive process improvements, and lead tech-enabled automation initiatives.

You will collaborate with HQ, regional teams, 3PLs, and customers to streamline fulfilment and accelerate phygital collectibles delivery across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving consumer goods across APAC.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce distribution networks.
• Experience leading process improvement projects to streamline logistics operations and automate workflows.
• Familiarity with international freight movements, shipping docs, and cross-border customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Strong ability to manage daily ops and track performance with 3PLs.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics as a bonus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across regional teams and partners.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to identify bottlenecks and craft automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of inbound and outbound freight in APAC, coordinating shipments from China to Singapore and Singapore to APAC markets.
• Oversee 3PL performance, SLAs, carriers, and forwarders.
• Resolve transit issues and customs bottlenecks to maintain delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipping docs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized logistics processes.
• Evaluate and integrate supply chain software (Dynamics 365, WMS, TMS) to automate workflows.
• Leverage Power BI and Excel for inventory tracking and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across freight and fulfilment channels for regional expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities across HQ, regions, and partners.
• Align inventory allocation with launch schedules and demand forecasts with Sales/Production/Finance.

About the role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a process-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (APAC) to take ownership of regional supply chain operations outside China, drive process improvements, and spearhead the adoption of tech-enabled automation. Reporting to the GM, APAC (ex China), you will collaborate with internal teams across the SG HQ office, regional subsidiaries, external 3PL partners, and key customers to streamline fulfilment and eliminate operational inefficiencies. In this role, you will operate independently to scale regional logistics capabilities to ensure phygital collectibles reach fans speedily.

Key responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of end-to-end inbound and outbound freight movements in APAC, specifically coordinating inbound shipments from China to Singapore, and outbound shipments from Singapore to other APAC markets
• Oversee daily performance and service level targets with 3PL warehouse partners, local logistics carriers and freight forwarders
• Proactively resolve transit exceptions, customs clearance bottlenecks, and supply chain disruptions to maintain reliable delivery schedules
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, customs declarations, and clearance paperwork to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Identify operational inefficiencies across logistics workflows and implement streamlined, standardised processes
• Spearhead the evaluation, adoption and integration of supply chain software, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, WMS, and TMS, to automate manual workflows and increase operational speed
• Leverage tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to automate inventory tracking, KPI reporting, and operational analytics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across freight and fulfilment channels to support regional business expansion
• Manage cross-functional communication and align priorities across Mighty Jaxx HQ, regional subsidiaries, external logistics partners, and key customers
• Partner closely with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to align inventory allocation with regional launch schedules and demand forecasts

About you

• Prior experience in moving consumer goods across APAC preferred
• Experience working within consumer products, retail, or e-commerce distribution networks
• Experience working on process improvement projects to streamline logistics operations, using automations, AI tools etc.
• Familiarity with coordinating international freight movements, shipping documentation, and cross-border customs regulations
• Familiarity with Incoterms
• Strong capability in managing daily operations and tracking performance metrics with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory planning, and reporting tracking
• Hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with Microsoft Dynamics being a fantastic bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with regional cross-functional teams and external partners
• Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and craft tailored solutions to automate operational flows, and reduce manual effort
