Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Specialist/ Warehouse Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations at our Tuas facility. The role requires safe loading/unloading, organized inventory using FIFO, and meticulous stock records.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, a valid forklift license, and be able to lift up to 25kg. SAP knowledge is an added advantage in this position.

Position Title: Logistics Specialist/ Warehouse Assistant

Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Annual Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations in accordance with established warehouse procedures and systems.
• Carry out the loading and unloading of goods safely.
• Organize warehouse layouts and arrange inventory systematically to ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, document inspection findings, and ensure products meet the required standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in received orders to the immediate supervisor.
• Handle fragile and sensitive items carefully to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and good housekeeping practices.

Minimum Requirements
