Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, automation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics preferred.
• Forklift license/certification is an advantage.
• Experience or licenses related to organic solvents or specific chemical substances is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, storage, inventory control, and shipments.
• Manage scrapped products: handling, storage, documentation, and disposal.
• Oversee finished and semi-finished product warehouse: receiving, issuing, packaging, storage, inventory, and shipments.
• Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment, including cold rooms, ASRS, and automated storage systems.
• Implement and maintain ESH policies within warehouse operations.
• Apply and sustain 5S standards across warehouse areas for safety and organization.
• Support warehouse area planning: storage and reservoir areas, ensuring maintenance and utilization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and proper handling and storage of materials and products.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and inventory management.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Manage scrapped products, ensuring proper handling, storage, documentation, and disposal processes.
• Manage finished and semi-finished product warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, packaging, storage, inventory control, and shipment activities.
• Manage and maintain warehouse facilities and equipment, including cold rooms, ASRS, and other automated storage systems.
• Implement and maintain the company’s Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) policies and requirements within warehouse operations.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards across warehouse areas to ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Support warehouse area planning, including storage and designated reservoir areas, and ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
• Monitor warehouse inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling and storage of materials and products.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automation, or a related field.
