A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Logistic & Sales Assistant to support sales activities, manage logistics, and ensure timely shipments. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in logistics or freight coordination and be proficient in MS Office. The role involves preparing sales documents, liaising with freight forwarders, and performing administrative tasks as assigned. Competitive salary between $2,300 and $2,500 with additional AWS offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics/Freight coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of QuickBook is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.
• Support the sales team on sales activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments.
• Manage and handle LC documents for submission.
• Packing of shipments and preparing shipping documents.
• Adhoc admin functions as assigned.
