Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Runner for a 5-day workweek at Raffles Place to support event catering, setup, and on-site service.

You will move thermal food containers, beverage trolleys, and equipment between kitchens and dining areas, assist the service team, and help maintain clean back-of-house areas while ensuring timely guest service during events.

Qualifications

• Food hygiene certification required.
• GCE N Level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Moving thermal food containers, beverage trolleys, tableware and catering gear to offices and dining areas.
• Setting up buffet lines and serving stations before events; clearing and packing after.
• Monitoring stock levels and fetching extra supplies during service.
• Sorting crockery, keeping back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Assisting pantry assistants, catering captains and chefs to maintain guest-facing service.

Logistics Runner ( 5 day week – Raffles Place )

Roles and Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery: Moving thermal food containers, beverage trolleys, tableware, and catering gear from loading bays or central kitchens directly to office floors or dining rooms.

Ingress & Egress (Setup & Tear-Down): Setting up buffet lines, corporate meeting tables, and serving stations before events, then clearing, packing, and returning equipment afterward.

Replenishment & Inventory: Monitoring food/beverage levels during events or lunch/dinner service and running to storerooms to fetch extra supplies, ice, cutleries, or fresh stock.

Equipment Maintenance & Housekeeping: Sorting soiled crockery, clearing trash, wiping down service trolleys, and maintaining clean back-of-house service corridors.

Assisting the Service Team: Supporting pantry assistants, catering captains, and chefs so they can remain focused on guest-facing service and food preparation.
