KLN Logistics Centre (TAMPINES) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Assistant to support warehouse operations in Singapore. You will handle receiving, checking, data entry, and basic packing tasks.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field, 2 years of experience, and strong English communication. You will work at Greenwich Drive / Tanjong Penjuru with proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Min 'O' level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience
• Meticulous and possess positive attitude
• Good sense of urgency
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
• Working Location: Greenwich Drive / Tanjong Penjuru

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming shipment/goods
• Check incoming shipment/goods for discrepancies (cargo condition & quantity tally with documents) and inform discrepancies via email
• Filing of all incoming documents
• Perform goods receipts in system
• Goods issue in system
• Handle loading and unloading, packing and packing when necessary
• Update data in MS Excel
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
