Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, picking and packing goods, and preparing them for delivery.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, and follow established procedures. You must be entitled to work in Singapore and be prepared for pre-employment checks, with opportunities to learn and grow within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Receiving and storing goods efficiently.
• Basic inventory checks and discrepancy reporting.
• Safety aware with ability to follow warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of goods according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, product condition and accuracy.
• Receive, unload and properly store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare goods and documentation for delivery and dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled and secured to prevent damage during transportation.
• Conduct basic stock checks and inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.
