Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA professional to develop and implement QA procedures for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

The role emphasizes audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning to raise packaging standards and reduce errors. You will collaborate with warehouse, operations and customer service teams, maintain thorough records, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations or quality assurance, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
• Familiar with QA methodologies, audits, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Experience with audits, SOP compliance, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of lean principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and able to articulate to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
• Conduct audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
• Investigate quality issues; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
• Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
• Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement
