Job summary

AIK Leong Plumbing Construction PTE LTD is seeking a procurement specialist to support purchase orders, supplier relations, and cost control in a construction environment. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue & monitor PO/DO.
• Maintain proper record and filing.
• Communicate & maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
• Assist in stock forecast and procurement and monitor inventory and cost control.
• Assist to liaise with project team operations relating to equipment and materials requirement.
• Assist to keep track the punch log of machines & equipments moving from site to site.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistic Manager.
