Kopifellas Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Executive to join our Singapore team. You will manage daily logistics, procurement activities, and supplier coordination to support our growing operations.

The role involves inventory control, PO processing, route optimization, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Logistics or Procurement Management and possess strong English and Mandarin skills, with an ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Procurement Management required.
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with clean record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Independent worker with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediate or short-notice start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify daily inventory and logistics requirements to execute daily warehouse functions.
• Monitor stock inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Receive, inspect, store, and organize inventory by FEFO, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Maintain warehouse environment to be organized, clean, and safe.
• Coordinate and optimize daily delivery schedules and routes for timely deliveries.
• Raise, process, and track daily/weekly Purchase Orders (POs) for materials and consumables.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor delivery lead times.
• Maintain records and reports; resolve invoice or stock discrepancies promptly.

We're seeking a Logistics & Procurement Executive with a positive attitude, reliability and efficiency to join our growing team! Be part of this exciting journey and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Descriptions:

1. Logistics

• Check and verify daily inventory and logistics requirements to execute daily warehouse functions

• Monitor stock inventory and conduct regular audits.

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize inventory by FEFO practices, ensuring accurate stock records are kept.

• Maintain our warehouse environment organized, clean, and safe.

• Coordinate and optimize daily delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and temperature-sensitive ingredients to outlets with zero operational downtime.

• Record proper documentation and acknowledgment upon receipt.

• Assist in collecting invoices and sales from outlets to HQ, money changing, and other materials as required by outlets.

• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.

2. Procurement

• Raise, process, and track daily/weekly Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials, packaging, and outlet consumables, etc.

• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery lead times to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

• Stay updated on regional market trends and risks that may impact the supply chain.

• Perform comparative costing analysis across suppliers, track landed costs and delivery accuracy, resolve invoice or stock discrepancies promptly, and maintain accurate records and reports.

3. General & Professional Conduct

• Execute all duties related to the role with due diligence, ownership, high ethical standards, and integrity.

• Strictly adhere to all company policies, workplace safety regulations, and regulatory guidelines.

• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required by Company

Requirements:

• Valid class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Diploma in Logistics or Procurement Management, and prior experience relevant to this role (preferable in F&B industry)

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Able to use computer and good command in English & Mandarin

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently & interpersonal skills

• Energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Available to start immediately or short notice period
