RD TRUSTED PARTNERS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a logistics-focused professional in Singapore to plan transport schedules, optimize delivery routes, and coordinate inventory levels from Woodlands. The role involves ensuring timely and cost-efficient distribution with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication with partners.

Requirements include experience in logistics or related fields, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualificações

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
Familiar with Jambo system is an advantage.
Able to communicate with Chinese business partners.

Responsabilidades

Plan transport schedules to optimize delivery routes and meet deadlines.
Coordinate inventory levels to maintain accurate stock and prevent shortages or overstock.
Develop delivery plans to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
Allocate resources effectively to support logistics operations and meet service targets.
Communicate clearly with suppliers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistics flow.
Monitor logistics processes continuously to identify and implement improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
