Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in logistics contexts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection operations to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Manage delivery schedules, route planning, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve operational issues and delays to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with customers, drivers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Track operational performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and delivery records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with company procedures and relevant regulations.
