Job summary

RD Trusted Partners Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking an E-Commerce Logistic Planner to coordinate transport schedules and optimize delivery routes. The role runs six days a week, 8 hours per day, with a monthly salary up to S$3,000 including lunch.

You will manage inventory, develop delivery plans, and communicate with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Familiar with Jambo system is advantage.
• Able to communicate with Chinese business partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan transport schedules to optimize delivery routes and meet deadlines
• Coordinate inventory levels to maintain accurate stock and prevent shortages or overstock
• Develop delivery plans to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods
• Allocate resources effectively to support logistics operations and meet service targets
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth logistics flow
• Monitor logistics processes continuously to identify and implement improvements for efficiency and cost savings
