Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present information clearly.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data cleansing, and data quality management principles, with the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and consolidate relevant business and operational data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Data Stewards and the Order Management team to maintain, validate, and tag asset information in accordance with contractual requirements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Extract, collect, and consolidate relevant SAP data tables, mapping and transforming data to develop clear, structured, and actionable reports that enhance business visibility and performance tracking.
• Lead reporting improvements with Spare Parts Planners, Offer Marketing, and the Order Management & Planning Manager to develop and maintain reporting solutions.
