Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is looking for an Industrial Performance Intern to gain hands‑on experience in logistics and supply chain operations within the Logistics Engineering team. You will analyze warehousing performance across inbound and outbound processes and contribute to data‑driven improvements.

The role emphasizes SPS alignment, continuous improvement, and Smart DC initiatives, with opportunities to work on automation and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools; Excel proficiency; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Java, or UiPath is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, curiosity, and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Ability to build simple automation workflows and RPA bots with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and standardization of warehousing processes in alignment with Schneider Performance System (SPS) requirements, ensuring adherence to operational excellence standards.
• Coordinate regular audits and process reviews to identify performance gaps, and manage follow‑up action plans with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of Smart Distribution Center (Smart DC) initiatives and help establish tracking systems to monitor the progress and effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Analyze operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and digital capabilities.
• Lead a sustainability or improvement project from initiation to completion, delivering defined objectives and measurable benefits where applicable.
