Job summary

SEAWAY MARINE & OFFSHORE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive logistics coordinator to manage vessel schedules, update ETAs/ETDs and berth information, and notify departments of changes.

Responsibilities include delivery coordination, supply boat arrangements, transport planning, and collaboration with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure cargo readiness and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping or marine logistics preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating with agents, suppliers and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel schedules, update ETA/ETB/ETD and berth information.
• Notify departments of schedule changes to avoid delays.
• Coordinate deliveries and arrange trucks and logistics.
• Book supply boats and coordinate boarding and cargo readiness.
• Arrange transport and optimize logistics.
• Follow up with shipping agents about ETA/ETD.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate freight forwarders.
• Arrange supplier pickups and verify goods.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, suppliers and agents.
