Boilermaster Pte Ltd seeks a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator Assistant to streamline marine supply chain operations in Singapore. You will support the logistics team by coordinating freight movements, handling essential shipping documentation, and communicating with external partners to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and supplies.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics administration or equivalent, plus familiarity with Incoterms, port operations, and local customs.

Qualifications

1–2 years in logistics administration, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
Familiarity with Incoterms, port operations, and local customs procedures.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/transport management systems.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily freight movements with carriers and forwarders.
Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, permits).
Track shipments and alert Marine Operations to delays.
Maintain logs of schedules, ETAs, and freight invoices.
Collaborate with operations, warehousing and finance to optimize delivery metrics.
