You will work closely with customers to capture service requests, assist with permit applications for oversized vehicles, coordinate escort services, and maintain accurate daily records using Google Drive and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in logistics or related roles.
• Familiarity with loose cargo and container operations, including customs and port regulations (import/export).
• Proficiency in data entry and use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for scheduling and customer liaison.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Controller in planning next-day routes and assigning jobs to drivers to optimize transport efficiency.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand and process their transport service requests.
• Apply for LTA permits for oversized vehicles and coordinate CISCO escort services to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enter drivers’ daily job data accurately into Google Drive tracking sheets to maintain up-to-date operational records.
• Support preparation and generation of service quotations for customers to facilitate sales and service processes.
• Maintain organized records and schedules to support smooth daily logistics operations.
