You will work with the Operations Controller to schedule jobs and ensure on-time execution. The role requires at least 2 years of logistics experience, knowledge of loose cargo and container transport, and familiarity with import/export procedures and port operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Knowledge of loose cargo and container transportation.
• Familiar with import/export procedures, customs requirements, and port operations.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Controller in planning daily transport schedules and assigning jobs to drivers.
• Liaise with customers regarding transport requirements and service requests.
• Apply for LTA permits for oversized vehicles and arrange CISCO escort services.
• Update drivers' daily job records using Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with transport documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, ports, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and filing.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
