Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Logistics Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, lead a small team of Logistics Assistants, and drive KPI performance while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will manage inventory using WMS and SAP, ensure accurate billing and documentation, and uphold safety procedures. A Diploma with 2–3 years’ experience and strong Excel skills are required; hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2–3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• WMS / SAP experience preferred.
• Comfortable dealing with customers and managing a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Meticulous and able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Assistants / Team Leads in daily warehouse operations.
• Drive the team to meet KPIs and departmental operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required.
• Support process improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and LEAN.
• Manage inventory using the internal WMS and customer’s SAP system.
• Ensure billing and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
