Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Executive to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, orchestrating end-to-end order fulfilment and proactively resolving supply chain issues.

You will negotiate ocean freight rates, coordinate shipment bookings, and provide guidance on cargo loss prevention, while ensuring accurate records of orders and shipments. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, 3+ years in freight/logistics, Incoterms 2020

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
3+ years of freight, logistics coordination and trade or sales operations experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience negotiating ocean freight rates with carriers.
Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to support smooth business operations.
Coordinate with factories and customers to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, proactively identifying and resolving supply chain issues.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and coordinate shipment bookings and related arrangements.
Provide guidance on cargo loss prevention and liaise with insurance providers on claims and related negotiations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments and related activities to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
