Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on operations professional to oversee the company’s warehouse workflows, inventory, equipment and personnel from the West Area location. The role requires coordinating with managers and merchants to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting to Management.

You will develop onboarding and QA protocols, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements with data-backed examples aimed at increasing efficiency and profits.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operational workflows and ensuring efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory, equipment and people.
• Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly or prevent them from happening.
• Maintain communication with managers, staff, and merchants to ensure proper operations and report to Management.
• Submit proposals with supporting data to improve workflow and profit margins.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and onboarding documentation for all departments.
• Increase efficiency of existing processes to boost internal capacity.
• Meet warehouse operational SLAs through management, problem-solving and coaching.
• Coordinate on-site with operations backend teams for efficiency, safety and accuracy.
• Analyze data reports to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
• Improve throughput and delivery performance continuously.
• Demonstrate strong Excel knowledge.
