Job summary

AETLAS LOGISTICS is seeking a candidate to manage and optimise driver fleet operations and warehouse practices in Singapore. The role focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and daily operational effectiveness to support revenue growth and cost control.

You will oversee driver routes, optimise warehouse space, and contribute to staff training and development while addressing on-the-ground challenges to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management and route optimisation.
• Knowledge of warehouse management practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to train staff and lead on-the-job coaching.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve daily operational challenges.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager to support operational needs.
