Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager to oversee warehousing, staging, delivery, and shipping activities in Bedok/Singapore facilities. You will lead teams, coordinate with Project Finance and Corporate Admin, and drive process improvements using digital tools and SAP to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and IMDA licensing requirements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and SAP Financial System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP / Warehousing / Inventory / Delivery / Shipping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing, staging, delivery, and shipping functions and teams.
• Organize and manage all logistics and administrative activities for smooth departmental operations.
• Ensure maintenance of operating equipment including engraver, reach truck, and CCTV systems.
• Plan and conduct internal stock counts; assist Finance with annual stock audit in March.
• Work with Project Finance on non-stock inventory management and generate mid and month-end balance reports.
