Cypress Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, focusing on transportation and distribution to ensure goods are delivered safely, on time and cost-effectively.

You will plan inbound/outbound logistics, negotiate rates, lead a team of logistics staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with local laws and ISO standards while coordinating with sales, production and customer service to achieve damage-free deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory levels.
• Negotiate contracts, shipping rates, and service agreements to minimize costs.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Supervise and train logistics staff to meet performance goals.
• Analyze KPIs like delivery times and inventory accuracy to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO standards for transportation and safety.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service to ensure accurate, timely, and damage-free deliveries.

Oversees the entire supply chain process, mainly transportation and distribution. To ensure goods are delivered safely, on time and cost-effectively.

• Operational Management:Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics, including transportation, warehouse storage, and inventory levels.
• Cost & Vendor Control:Negotiate contracts, shipping rates, and service agreements with suppliers and freight carriers to minimize costs.
• Strategy & Optimization:Develop strategies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and manage logistics staff to meet performance goals.
• Performance Tracking:Analyze logistics metrics (KPIs) such as delivery times and inventory accuracy to identify improvements.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements regarding transportation and safety.
• Collaboration:Work with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure accurate, timely, and damage-free, deliveries.
