Job summary

CALTEK MOVERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to own the movement of goods from suppliers through the warehouse to customers.

You will lead day-to-day transport, delivery, and supply chain activities to ensure on-time, on-budget shipments with minimal disruption. You’ll act as the central link between customers, vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams, enforcing safety, compliance, and efficient operations while identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, fleet management, and distribution processes.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can work well with people at all levels.
• Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, or Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule deliveries and transport routes to make the best use of time, vehicles, and manpower.
• Supervise drivers and warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to confirm orders, resolve delivery issues, and manage expectations.
• Track inventory levels and stock movement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Control logistics costs and look for opportunities to reduce spending without compromising service.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and processes meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, costs, and operational issues for management.

Job description

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of how goods and materials move through our business, from suppliers to our warehouse and out to our customers. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day transport, delivery, and supply chain activities, making sure shipments arrive on schedule, within budget, and without disruption.

You'll serve as the central link between our customers, vendors, drivers, warehouse team, and other departments, keeping everyone aligned and informed. A strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company procedures will be essential, as will the ability to spot inefficiencies and improve how our operations run.
