Job summary

ARKIVA PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Lorry Assistant to support daily collection and operational activities.

This hands-on role involves loading and unloading items from company vehicles, working closely with drivers and the operations team to complete scheduled jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labour, can follow instructions, and communicates in basic English.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical and manual work.
• Able to carry and move heavy items safely.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Prior experience in logistics, moving, warehousing or general labour is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with daily collection and delivery jobs.
• Load and unload boxes, bags, IT equipment and other materials.
• Carry and move items safely at customer and company premises.
• Arrange and secure items properly inside the lorry.
• Assist with counting, labelling and checking collected items.
• Keep the lorry, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Follow workplace safety, security and customer-site procedures.
• Perform other general warehouse and operational duties when required.
