Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to support inventory accuracy and timely supply execution. Based at our HQ in Tampines, you will handle daily inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate returns to warehouses with attention to accuracy.

The role requires a Diploma in logistics or related field, at least 1 year of logistics experience, and MS Excel proficiency. You will work closely with a small team and may visit stores and 3PL warehouses as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 1 year relevant logistics experience preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency required.
• Comfortable handling liquor and tobacco products.
• Strong team spirit and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day shipments inbound and outbound monitoring.
• RTW/RTV coordination and documentation.
• Warehouse invoice processing.
• Inventory reporting and analysis.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
