Job summary

TOSHIBA TEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations, inventory management, and office activities.

You will work closely with internal teams, transport providers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliveries and logistics services. The role involves coordinating daily schedules, managing inventory records, and preparing documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or office support (preferably 1 year).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to manage data and reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and transportation schedules.
• Prepare accurate delivery orders and logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status.
• Communicate effectively with transport providers and internal departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Receive and process incoming shipments.
• Issue spare parts and consumables as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain supporting documents.
• Assist in compiling monthly inventory and operations reports for review.
• Verify completed job records to support accurate billing processes.
• Perform general office duties as assigned to support office functions.
