Job summary

TSR IMPORT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations across transportation, shipment, delivery, and distribution of goods.

You will coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse staff and transport firms to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. The candidate will monitor inventory levels, prepare delivery orders and shipping documents, track shipments, resolve delays, maintain records, and help plan delivery schedules to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, or transportation.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, inventory control, and logistics documentation.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, and transport providers.
• Experience in handling logistics records and preparing operational reports.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, shipment, delivery, and distribution of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Arrange the receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, warehouse staff, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or operational issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of logistics activities.
• Assist in planning delivery schedules and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
