Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to ensure stable replenishment to stores in Changi Airport and maintain inventory accuracy. You will collaborate with merchandisers, 3PL providers, and suppliers to optimize costs and efficiency.

The role requires Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. The position involves on-site work at our HQ in Tampines with occasional store visits to Changi Airport and Tuas warehouse.

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary

This role is to ensure stable replenishment of products to stores in Changi Airport and achieve the inventory accuracy. For this, you will need to work closely with merchandizers, external 3PL service providers, and product suppliers. In addition to mentioned role, you will have to control the cost of logistics operations in order to maximize the cost efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inbound monitoring
• Day-to-day outbound monitoring
• RTW (Return To Warehouses) RTV (Return To Vendors) organizing
• Warehouse invoice processing
• Inventory analysis
• Special event management
• Any other tasks or assignments as assigned by your Superior or the Management

Working Locations

• You will primarily based in our HQ Office located at Tampines
• You will have to visit the stores in Changi Airport and the 3PL Logistics warehouse in Tuas on ad-hoc basis to attend to warehouse tasks as assigned. Company transportation or reimbursement will be provided

• Diploma or equivalent on management, logistics, economics, industrial engineering or other quantitative social science.
• Relevant experience in trade operations or warehouse management is important
