Job summary

STIGIOUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage FMCG items and overseas orders. You will process orders for external and internal customers and coordinate with freight forwarders and overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements include a minimum of GCE O/A level or Diploma, experience in import/export and FMCG documentation, and proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Chinese communication, attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GCE O/A level or Diploma.
• Experience in import/export and FMCG documentation.
• Experience in logistics operations is an advantage.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 20kg as needed.
• Strong verbal and written Chinese communications.
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good follow-up, time management and reliability.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas external customers and cross department on overseas orders
• Packing of overseas and FMCG orders
