Job summary

MARKEN TIME CRITICAL EXPRESS LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Support role to manage transport functions. You will prepare documentation, plan routes, liaise with operations, and coordinate with airlines for timely collections and deliveries.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, can work independently or with a team, and will handle shipment preparation and packaging requirements. This is a Singapore-based on-site position.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 4 Singapore driving license.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Proactive and reliable with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and obtain required documentation to support retrieval and delivery activities.
• Plan and execute optimal routes to complete collections and deliveries within timelines.
• Liaise with Import and Export Operations on consignments, delays, and discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at collection or delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines and ground handling facilities.
• Ensure documentation (Retrieval Notes, MAWB, HAWB) is accurate and handed over on return.
• Support shipment labelling and preparation for dispatch.
• Understand packaging configurations and shipment preparation requirements.
