Job summary

SANKYU (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation. You will liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to support daily operations and reporting, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound handling.

The role requires at least 1 year of 3PL warehouse experience, basic shipping knowledge, and a strong service mindset. Shuttle service is provided, with a 5-day work week based in Tuas.

Qualifications

• GCE O level with at least 1 year relevant experience in 3PL warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work extra hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment readiness and delivery schedules by liaising with customers, forwarders and warehouse personnel.
• Respond promptly to customer stock queries and update shipment schedules to maintain transparency.
• Prepare and manage daily delivery documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with warehouse operations to manage inbound and outbound shipments and resolve issues efficiently.
• Facilitate smooth operations by maintaining clear communication between warehouse teams and customers.
• Verify billing summaries and issue them accurately to customers.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports on warehouse operations and customer service performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with monthly stock takes by conducting accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to relevant personnel.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support warehouse operations and team needs.
