• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Provide customer service support via telephone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Process invoices after shipment orders are completed.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with the supervisor and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service standards are met.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
