Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is partnering with an established logistics and freight forwarding company to fill the position of Customer Service Executive. You will be part of the Customer Service department, reporting to the team manager, and engage with customers on air and sea logistics matters.

The role involves liaising with carriers and customers, handling bookings and sea documentation, and independent work in a fast-paced environment. O-level or diploma holders are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "O" Level/Diploma.
• Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Customer Service department reporting to the team manager
• Handle all customers rating for both air and sea
• Liaise with air and sea carriers and customers
• Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc
