HANKYU HANSHIN EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales and customer service growth across Air Freight, Sea Freight and 3PL in Singapore and ASEAN markets.

The role involves leading Sales & Customer Service teams, growing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering solutions with cross-functional collaboration. Strong leadership, pricing, and regional experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong sales, business development and account management skills.
• Proven leadership in managing sales and customer service teams.
• Commercially minded with experience in pricing, budgeting and P&L.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with regional or multinational customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales & Customer Service teams to optimise performance and workload management.
• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Manage key accounts, including Singapore and Japanese customers.
• Drive business growth across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics and 3PL services.
• Prepare and review quotations, tenders, SOPs and commercial proposals.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, KPIs, budgets and P&L; provide management reports.
• Conduct sales reviews and follow up on business opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Ensure high customer service standards, timely responses and effective issue escalation.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing and other departments to meet customer requirements effectively.
