Job summary

LIGHTVERSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a responsible Customer Service Assistant to support our logistics team. You will handle daily enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email, provide delivery status updates and assist with tracking issues.

You will coordinate with operations, warehouses and drivers, follow up until resolution and escalate when needed. The role requires good communication, reliability and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily client and customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Provide accurate updates on parcel and delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up until resolved.
• Assist with delayed, failed, missing or damaged delivery enquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team, warehouse and drivers to resolve delivery issues.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases.
• Escalate serious or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Perform basic customer service and administrative duties.
