Job summary

SN-RIVERWOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Logistics cum Accounts Executive to bridge daily supply chain operations with financial workflows.

You will manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure accurate full-set financial records, including AP, AR, and GL. You will split time between accounts & finance and logistics, with 50% emphasis on each, perform bank reconciliations and month-end close, review costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, SCM, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in dual logistics and accounting roles.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software as listed.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Full Sets of Accounts (AP, AR, GL) and monthly close.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month-end/year-end closing.
• Audit invoices, warehouse charges, and supplier billings.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate disbursements.

Job description

We are seeking a versatile, meticulous, and highly organized Logistics cum Accounts Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging our daily supply chain operations with our financial workflows. You will take charge of managing inventory and documentation while maintaining accurate full-set financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Finance (50%)

• Handle Full Sets of Accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Audit and verify invoices, warehouse charges, and supplier billings against quotations and delivery orders.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate disbursements.

2. Logistics & Supply Chain (50%)

• Oversee inventory management, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate regular physical stock counts.
• Review transport and warehousing costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience handling a dual function or operating heavily in both logistics and accounting roles.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

Soft Skills

Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
