Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is hiring a Logistics Co-ordinator to build and manage relationships with suppliers, factories and customers. You will coordinate orders, monitor progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires 3 years in freight or trade ops, knowledge of marine cargo insurance, Incoterms 2020, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP skills are an advantage. Working hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, located near MRT Circle Line.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• At least 3 years in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
• Knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiar with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, factories and customers.
• Coordinate with factories and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve supply chain issues and delays.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics providers.
• Provide advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, fulfilment status and activities.
