You are a member of a vibrant team in the Logistics Department. The entire team ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the expectations from preparation to delivery.

This role also requires you to communicate and collaborate with different teams within the organization, namely the Customer Service, Production and Procurement teams.

You are someone who is positive, driven, independent and has good organization skills.

You are also careful and attentive to details.

Job Scope

• Receive and confirm Customers’ Orders
• Prepare customers’ orders and get them ready for dispatch
• Provide Order and Delivery Clarifications ( eg. Check status or change of Order information ) to our Customer Service Team
• Communicate with the Production Team to check on the status of the Orders
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager / Supervisor to manage the Order Fulfillment team ( Procurement and Production )
• Work closely with the Dispatch Team ( Delivery Drivers ) to get the items dispatched

Requirements

• ITE / A-Level / Polytechic Level Education
• At least 1-2 years or relevant experience preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and track multiple processes
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to respond quickly and creatively to problems and issues
• Able to manage some physical carrying of hampers/baskets/bouquets
• Able to work 5.5 days ( Off on one weekend-day + 0.5 day weekday )
• Possess a positive attitude and an open mind to learn new things
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous and attentive
• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN SINGAPORE
• Able to start IMMEDIATELY ( highly preferred )
