Job summary

LABGISTICS Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Logistics Assistant to handle daily activities such as receiving, picking, packing, unloading, loading, and cycle counting. You will ensure safety and cleanliness and work with a team using RF scanners.

You should have a background in warehousing or distribution, basic computer skills, and relevant licenses like Class 3 driving and forklift, to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, Word) is an added advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Forklift license.
• Know how to drive reach truck or VNA or order picker truck.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute logistical duties per SOP, schedule, and regulations.
• Work as a team with logistics staff.
• Perform daily cycle count for inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety requirements when operating equipment like forklift, reach truck, or Aisle master.
• Maintain and upkeep warehouse equipment issued for receiving, picking, and packing.
• Adhere to the warehouse work schedule.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

This role is part of LABGISTICS Asia Pte Ltd (LABG) Logistics Department. The role will be to manage daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, unloading containers or trucks, loading trucks, cycle counting, housekeeping and delivery if applicable.

The Logistics Assistant is expected to maintain a clean and safety environment for warehouse activities. He is expected to work as a team and to follow processes and technology usage such as the Radio Frequency scanner.

He will also work with internal departments to build a strong team. He will be reporting to the Warehouse officer or Manager of LABG.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute logistical duties in according to SOP, work schedule and regulatory requirements daily or as when required.
• Work as a team with the rest of the logistics staff.
• Perform daily cycle count for the accuracy of the inventory.
• Follow all the safety requirements in dealing or driving equipment such as forklift, Aisle master and Reach truck.
• Maintain and upkeep all the equipment issued for receiving, picking, and packing.
• Comply with the working schedule of the warehouse operations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Secondary ‘N’ or ‘O’ level school Certificates
• Hands‑on experience and knowledge in logistics: warehousing or Distributions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literate skills (email, excel, word) are an added advantage but not a requirement.
• Able to multitask and manage fast paced environment.
