Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse/logistics assistant to support daily warehouse operations at the WEST location.

You will handle receiving and processing goods, preparing delivery orders, and coordinating with transport teams and customers. Basic salary ranges SGD 2,000–2,400 with a SGD 100 forklift allowance and company transport provided. Office hours with shift options and benefits including AWS, allowances, sign-on bonus and 15 days annual leave are part of the package.

Qualifications

Minimum O level and above.
Prior experience in a similar role or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily logistics and warehouse operations.
Receive, check and process incoming and outgoing goods.
Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists and other logistics documents.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with transport teams, customers and suppliers.
Update inventory records and assist with stocktaking and reconciliation.
