Job summary

Geotab Inc. in Singapore seeks a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus) to support ERP data accuracy, product labeling workflows, and international test device deployments.

You will collaborate with regional partners, freight forwarders, and internal teams, bringing strong English communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with ERP systems and Excel to day-to-day operations. This role offers exposure to APAC logistics, data governance, and hands-on product testing in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI in day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP data and SKU accuracy across core ERP platforms to ensure order fulfillment.
• Assist with product labeling governance by documenting SOPs.
• Coordinate import and customs logistics for APAC regions.
• Support new product testing setups and partner engagement.
• Serve as a central point of contact with internal teams and external partners.
