THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Freight Admin in Singapore. This role involves data entry, processing shipping documents, and coordinating with vendors and customers on shipments. The position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:45AM to 6:00PM, at Kembangan Plaza. The salary offered ranges from $2,000 to $2,500. Training for permit declarations will be provided.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update shipment information.
• Assist in checking and processing shipping documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and customers on shipment status.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers for required information.
• Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions.
• Monitor vessel schedules and escalation of delays.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation filing.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
