UNI BRANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level Logistics Assistant in Singapore to support daily operations.

The role involves coordinating with hauliers, warehouses and suppliers, plus data entry of shipment details into the system. Onsite training is provided and five-day work weeks are standard. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, basic Excel/Word skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Secondary School / O Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with supporting duties.
• Coordinate daily operation with haulier, warehouse and suppliers.
• Data entry of shipment information into the system.
• Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions) & permit declaration.
• Ensure relevant documents are ready prior to shipment and follow Manager’s instruction.
• Able to receive visitor in proper manner.
